Wind filter function disabled on T3i with mic in

Note to self. When you plug in an external
mic into the T3i the Wind Filter function
is disabled and you cannot enable it.
Found this when toying with my DR-07 mkII
and a Rycote mini windjammer fuzzy thing.
It helps significantly but not totally.
I should be able to get it into the field
next week.
