Will my DXA-5D work with a 7D

[mikezip007]

Simple question. Is the audio on the 7D same as the 5D2? DO the dimensions work out to mount it to the bottom of the 7D?

Yes to all questions.

No to all questions FYI. The prongs on the mixer do not line up with the bottom of the 7D

Nuts. I was wondering if that was the case or not. I wonder if they can be removed.

EDIT:

I emailed beachtek and Harry told me that they unscrew and WAH-LA!
