Wide Angle Prime Lens

Can someone please point me to a very wide angle rectangular prime lens (or even a zoom) that will work with red and is not more then a few thousand $, but can handle the 4K quality of RED? I don't really care if it is a cinema lens or a still lens. Something 10mm or less on the wide end. Also I'm looking for a full 180 degree fisheye lens.

Thanks. OK it will be a little less wide using a still camera lens. I'm just trying to get as wide as possible for a resonable price, without killing the quality.
