General Why did you buy a Canon?

Currently am shooting with a 60D myself, and am also interested in seeing how the new 70D does. Reason is, although I mainly use a trio of 20 year old Contax Zeiss lenses and a pair of Canon L zooms, the need for occasional AF does come up....With respect to the aliasing / moire issue, what has been people's results when using the new anti-aliasing filter from Mosaic on the 60D and other current APS-C sensor cameras? If the Op is bothered by aliasing /moire issues (as I am too) wouldn't that solve the problem? ? At $300.00 it would seem to be a very reasonably priced "fix". I am sure that one for the 70D will appear soon after its release.

The mosaic filter is a nearly-good-enough solution (it has some issues with wide angle lenses; or at least the first version did).

David, I understand what your saying, I also have a canon "for the look" But was just making a joke based on past experience, Several times I've had to stop a shoot to let the camera cool down. Not only is it embarrassing but inefficient. Now I know better, if i'm shooting in warm weather, I use two bodies to swap between. Or try to convince the client to go gh2.
