Why? concert

I shot a concert for a buddy the other day, it was my first concert shoot. He had a crappy camera on a tripod in the back and I got iso shots of the band members. It was mostly just to see how things would pan out but heres the video.

I kept my gain at 0db and the lights at the concert were good enough to get me through. If I could do it again I would have tried some other things with presets, but I didn't know about them at the time.

This is a clip from a video I just shot with an XHA1 and a Panasonic DVC30. This isn't the final edit, I wanted to post a clip with my audio recording. http://www.vimeo.com/706907

Obviously the clearer footage is from the Canon, which was in the center.

Settings:

preset #7 PRESET07.CPF "5296FILM" http://dvinfo.net/conf/showthread.php?t=81071

1/30 open at F1.6 most of the time
6db gain
white balance (middle preset) the lightbulb
ND filter off

I think that is all the settings.
