Who's in L.A. and is great with an AF100?

Wish we could search folks by their location field in the members list, but it doesn't allow it, so I'm just trying to get a handle on who in L.A. is making the AF100 really, really shine...

Hmm, what about a shooter-by-location thread?

John Smith - Miami, FL- AF100, 2 each

...or something like that? I know two AF100 shooters that are local, handy should the need for a multi-AF100 shoot arise.

Shine... I hope so. Shooting a dramatic short now called "Wildflowers" (a girl's coming-of-age story where she struggles to maintain idealistic view of the world despite the realities of life.) and after the first day of shooting the dailys look great! Still three more days so I hope the short shines! Beautiful locations anyway.

California Poppy field (coming into bloom later this month)

Cherry orchard (just did this shot, though kind of missed the bloom)

I'm in LA, and I've shot a few shorts, commercials, some reality, and music videos soon. None of what I've shot has made it out of post yet, but I'll post them as they're finished.

I live in LA, own a AF100 and I've tried to make my AF100 footage as shiny as possible:

Or are you looking for something more metallic? I could try to set up a sexy robot shoot if that's what your looking for.

How about mcgeedigital's 'AF100 Shooter List' sticky at the top of the forum? Bet you could search for city.

Jefferson Miller : periscope pictures. He's an old friend and a great guy to work with. Lots of documentary, & high end credits to his name.

Yeah I know I just hadn't seen a good answer yet. ;)

But yeah LA doesn't seem to have the Love for the AF100 any body know why?

Is it not part of the hipsters handbook?

IMHO, it's catching on by word-of-mouth. Lack of a decent
EOS adapter is a limiting factor.

I know two features shooting on the AF100 in LA later this year, but they don't post here. :(. And additionally, I do plan to shoot a crime thriller in the fall with my own AF. no hipsters involved though.
