I just put up small moody teaser in HD, for a brand new short I shot on the hv20, called WHITE RED PANIC. Here it is:

We're working on score at the moment, but the film will be complete very soon. All feedback is very welcomed -- reach me at: "Ayz (at) dimeworth (dot) com"

Thanks in advance to anyone who checks it out.

EDIT: Just got a nice mention by Stu Maschwitz (look him up) on his blog: http://prolost.blogspot.com/

totally freakin' awesome. best trailer for a short i've seen in an age. if the rest is as good as this, you've got a real talent. (caveat: i must say, many short film clips can look great until the actors actually SPEAK, and that sometimes sink a short's production values in a millisecond...but like I said, this is looking gorgeous and totally intriguing so far! hopefully everyone's a mute!)

Wow! A perfect demonstration of the theory that if you know how to use an inexpensive camera, you can get better results than a more expensive camera and not knowing how to use it adequately. It is not just the quality of the images that is impressive, it's everything else: composition, lighting, pacing, editing, cutting, color.

Hold it! Do you work for Canon? Trying to sell some of these little cameras, eh?

Hey,

That was really nice. Reminded me of the opening scene in Joe Carnahan's NARC.

What program did you use for color correction?

Keep up the good work,

Manymoosh

I don't know, It's all very intuitive and without much logic, so I don't exactly enjoy trying to explain it. Sort of embarrassing I guess. More fun to let the image speak for itself... good or bad.

Thanks for the compliment though!
