White LED PAR can; 151 white LEDs. Manufacturer claims 450 watt tungsten equivalent, I'd say it's less than that. Draws 35 watts. Color temp "Under 6000k" - it does look a little cool under daylight balance.
Manufacturer specs: This LED PAR 64 can puts out 1,920 LUX at 1 meter. (A standard PAR 38 can with a 150 watt incandescent bulb puts out 804 Lux at 1 meter).
Can be run at seven levels of brightness, from 20% to full via DIP switches - also has DMX control.
I bought two of these for some extreme closeups of eyes/faces, since they're very cool temp-wise and have a more "spot" look than a flo; keeping one since they're kinda cool. Cost new was $126 + shipping; I added a $15 TVMP for light stands. Will sell for $70, US continental shipping included.
This might be a cool DIY deal for someone with the soldering gun, convert it to battery power or use the LED panel for something?
I can't seem to make emails work from this forum, email me at michaelcarter - at - sbcglobal - dot - net with questions - thanks.
