C100: which smallrig support for hotshoe should i buy ?

Hi, i would like to use this smallrig on the top of the audio handle of the canon c100 to put a atomos V on top.
What is the difference between these 2?
which one is the best?

The bottom one is an updated design which allows you to adjust the tension more easily with the screws on the sides (instead of on the inside in the top one which made it more difficult).

The bottom one may also not rotate 360°, but IDK for sure.
