which plugin and Edit Software for moire and aiasing

hi friends
which software and plugin is the best for killing aliasing and moire? no price limit
suggest me the highest price software and plugin? now i have Power Director
only on windows not mac
 
There was a great FCP plugin that Phil Bloom was raving about I think... but its limited to that platform.

I'd also be interested in other options, particular Adobe or even Sony Vegas based, in case it ever comes up. But honestly I haven't had too much trouble with Moire on my shoots that I could couldn't work around yet.
 
This has been bugging me abit , I am playing with the idea maybe somthing like you do in photoshop from stills that are giong to be useds in video to get rid of moire , when you adding 1 % bur at 90degrees usesing the motion bur filter any thoughts?
