I'm getting a 60D. I'm planning on getting either
-(2) 32GB SDXC Cards OR
-(1) 64GB SDXC Card.
Which should I go with. All in one or two in one...Thanx!

Most people recommend the smaller the better. I don't get anything larger than a 16gb because its like putting all your eggs in one basket. If that card fails, imagine how much footage you lose. I personally shoot with three 16gb cards.

Just wondering, why do find you need SDXC cards? For the speed or for the capacity? For video, you only need a Class 6 SDHC card, or Class 10 if you want to be safe. As for your link, those cards will be fine. Transcend is my brand of choice. They are reliable have some very affordable cards. BTW, their Class 10 and Class 6 cards are very close in price, so if I were you, I'd go for the 10 just to be safe.

Well I just heard they are the future in Memory. I even heard they are coming out with a 2TB SD card. But I understand what you said. If I lose that card I lose it all.

Yeah the SDXC cards are available but they aren't cheap.

If the speed of a class 6 or class 10 is enough then SDXC isn't needed really but yes those cards are more future proof (avoiding having to buy new media for new cameras)

That being said

You always want to have at least 2 memory cards so you can be dumping the footage from one to a laptop or computer or whatever while shooting on the other. then you switch again when you get full the 2nd time or when you get the chance.

I always have more success with class 10 cards. I have a few of each and the class 6 cards will sometimes just stop shooting after a few seconds because they run out of buffer or something of that nature. This can always be ugly when the client finally gets the take and you only recorded half of it, or worse its the kind of thing you cant recreate.
