Which One Of These Would Work For The 14-40mm Lens?

I need to buy a snap gear for my follow focus for the GH1's 14-40mm lens and was wondering if any of you new which one would fit it?

A follow focus will not work well with the fly-by-wire focus system of the 14-140 lens. As focus distance changes depending on how fast you turn the barrel repeatable focus pulls are next to impossible.

i know, but i would still like to use my system, its easier to focus with a follow focus system on these cameras then adjusting the lens itself.
