Which one I should buy: Canon 700D-750D-760D for short film/documentary production

I need your first hand experiences of these to pick to buy for short film/documentary production: Canon 700D-750D-760D - please tell me which one I should pick and why?
 
Used 600D. Because the image quality on the new models isn't any better. This is the earliest model with the flip out screen. You can save some money buying used and spend the rest of that money on your short film or nicer lens.
You may also consider looking for a used 60D.
 
Thank you for your valuable suggestions. I have a budget of $749.00 max. (with the kit lens - or less amount without the kit lens) I was suggested I should get canon 700 series depending on my budget I have read so many reviews and watched so many comparison video reviews and I'm confused. Last video review was somehow shocking and I kind of agree with that due to oversized body compared to mirror-less ones and more features in Sony. But I think they are over my budget. I am not so comfortable with large body cameras in my whole life and I rather get something smaller if possible. I appreciate your suggestions along those lines please $749.00 mirror-less with a kit lens if possible
 
Well if you're looking for smaller you might consider something like a Panasonic G7. That will go UHD recording as well.

I've never personally shot with one of those, so I can't give you first hand knowledge. I have owned a GH1 and GH2 and a used GH2 is something to be considered if you are ok with HD, which you must be if you're considering the Canon. Those are also smaller than the Canon 600/700D and have sharper HD pictures. Again, save some money and buy used in good shape.
 
Thank you again roxics I appreciate very much Panasonic G7 sounds good too. Less bulkier and same or more features I need to find out more. Again, buying used and spending more in the lenses etc idea is very logical and highly recommended by many experts. On the other hand I can never be sure about the past owners mishaps and I do not have the knowledge to find one in good shape and never ever purchased anything second hand in electronics in my whole life kind of inhabits me severely. So I can only concentrate on the brand new items for electronics such as pc's, phones or cameras.
