Which lenses would serve me best for my purposes?

I want to make microbudget action/horror films. I've done one short film so far, and about to start on another soon. I used a canon 18-55 lens and a 50mm 1.4. However, I want a lens that can scale further back from 18mm without being fish eyed. I also want one that can zoom way in to maybe about 135mm, without loosing aperture as it zooms. Sometimes having to correct constant aperture changes in post can be a real hassle.

Is there a lens that can go that wide, to that far, without loosing aperture? If not I am more than happy to buy separate lenses, but I want to get the best of my money's worth, and not buy like 10, where I could saved the money for better things, in filmmaking possibly. So what lenses would serve me best? I also may get another DSLR in the future, with a full sized frame. I have a canon T2i now. But whatever lenses I buy now, I would like to be able to use on a full sized frame camera in the future, so not having to purchase newer lenses would be good too. Any that can work for that? Thanks.

I looked it at today in the stores, but it's like $900! Anything around 11mm that is cheaper? I saw one online that is $300 and could see if I can find it again, and maybe order it. What does this 11-16 even do that is worth the extra money? It seems like a basic zoom lens that is overpriced.
