Which GH2 kit is best?

I was looking at the reviews of the lenses and it seems as if many people bought the longer lens. I was wondering if that is the best way to go?

If you were to buy 1 kit and one extra lens, which would you get

I think most people would go with the 14-140 kit and the 20mm 1.7 pancake as a second lens.

I looked at the prices and it seems to be $60 cheaper to buy the 14-42 kit then buy the 14-140 lens. Adorama was my source

14-42 is not "made" for video like the 14-140. im pretty sure there is a bigger difference in price too =)

I really like 14-140mm + 14mm + 20mm + 17-50mm Tamron + 11-16mm Tokina set.
You must note that Panasonic lenses are almost unusable if you prefer using FF.

Ok I just read that the 14-140 is silent in focus while the 14-42 and 14-45 are noisy. I guess that makes more sense now.

If so, that's a real bargain for the Lumix 14-140mm kit lens. I sold two of them for over $500 each on Ebay.

60$ difference can't be true. The difference should be around 500$.
The 14-140mm might be a good lens technically but it doesn't give aesthetically pleasing images in my opinion.

What I meant was, if you want both lenses, it is cheaper to buy the 14-42 kit and the 14-140 lens. Rather than buy the 14-140 kit and the 14-42 lens

I'd get 14-42 to save some cash for the rumored 12-50. The first pro m43 zoom is gonna be fast, wide, HD, OIS. Sell 14-42 later. Then I'd keep 20mm 1.7, 50mm 1.4, and 12-50mm.

Before GH2's official release, many thought GH2 would have a new brighter kit zoom. Nope. Then speculation about AF100/101 kit zoom. Nope. I think there's a good chance that the latest rumors about 12-50 becomes true in a couple of months. I really hope it becomes GH2's kit lens.

Is FF = follow focus? I tried with my pancake lens...you're right, bloody difficult!
