AC160 which codec is better

i have been working with adobe production premium cs3 for years now but since i`ve purchased the ac160 i have to upgrade. my question is, how is the codec in adobe pp compared to the codec in cineform for rendering out avchd files.
 
How does the texture of an apple compare to the flavor of a banana?


I don't understand your question at all.
 
Yeah it really is up to what you need the codec to ultimately do- i.e. is it going out to tape, Blu-ray, Vimeo, etc.

So you'd be editing native AVCHD in Premiere CS5 (or in FCP X for that matter). Not really sure what more there is to it. You edit at the same codec the camera shoots in, then when you're done you recompress to Blu-ray or for web, etc. It will look as good as is possible from that camera...
