Which between these two shoulder mount rigs are best?

Which is better?

If I had more money I would get this;

But I don't, so which of the above two are better? Should I risk buying the cheaper one since it has a counter balance?

Note: Aside from the camera, I will have an Ikan v8000 monitor attached to the front, so it will make the front end heavy.

I have this setup as of now;

And I get rid of the lens adapter, attach the camera on the mount shown on the rails, push it to the front, attach the ikan, and I have a grip also, and if I get a shoulder pad I'll be good, except it is too front heavy,
any ideas how to get more weight on the back for cheap? Thanks.

Thanks for your advise.

I haven't seen the FancierStudio one yet, it looks more balanced than the other one. There's a thread about the first one you linked here:

And a couple other threads about rigs there too. I have the first one you linked, I like it, it's very sturdy but the should support is more of a brace, not someone that you rest on your shoulder, so it is a bit front heavy. You can add and customize fairly easily though.
