AC90: Where to get the book for europeans?

Hello everybody,

I tried to order the AC-90 Book, but I won't get it. I found only one place in the US to sell it, and they obviously don't deliver to good old europe, at least not germany.

Is there any way to get the book overseas, or is there at least the possibility to get it as an ebook (paid of course)?

Won't Amazon ship to Germany?

Right now the major outlets for my books are Amazon.com and B&H. Holdan.co.uk also carries many of my titles, although I don't know if they have any AC90 books.
 
Obviously there is some problem with amazon US. Here is what they wrote:

"Hello,

We're writing to let you know we processed your refund of EUR 43.38 for your Order 108-4182715-6937803 from fiercely-independent-films.

This refund is for the following item(s):

Item: The AC90 Book
Quantity: 1
ASIN: B00BLSS0Y8
Reason for refund: Shipping address is undeliverable"

I triple checked my address, this shouldn't be the problem.

After another google search I found the B&H shop.

OK, I checked B&H, and the total cost for your book including duties, taxes and shipping to germany would be 168.44 $. I'm not sure if I want your book that hard. Holdan has most of your other books, but not AC90.

Well that would certainly be silly. Try Amazon. I used to sell them direct but the cost of shipping was astronomical; a Priority Mail envelope costs $20 and still takes 10-14 days. Shipping through Amazon should be a lot less.
 
I bought through Amazon DOT com a few months ago because it wasn't available direct in the UK.

Just checked on the .com site and its still available. Shows as fulfilled by Amazon. I went through the ordering process and it shows as just £30.50 plus £4.88 international shipping.

Try again maybe with a different shipping method?

Ok, placed the order. This is what it says: (and it is what it said the first time, with other dates of course)

Sounds good, I try to stay positive, but the first time it was well beyond the estimated delivery date, when the cancellation arrived.
 
Good news everybody, it actually arrived today.
Thanks for encouraging me to order a second time, I still don't know, what exactly went wrong the first time.
I've read the first few pages (then we had relatives here for a visit), and it looks good. Barry, thanks for your effort, on first view it looks like a well needed book.
 
Amazon is a primary distribution outlet. You may also find it at some European video dealers; check at www.holdan.co.uk. They are a UK-based distributor that has the ability to supply dealers throughout Europe.
