Wondering if anyone knows where to download Canon's Data Import Utility? Just bought used c100 that did not come with the disc. Also, Is it even necessary? Wondering if Clip Wrap will allow me to bypass? Especially curious if this will solve relinking issues down the road in Premiere CC on Mac OSX Mavericks.

You don't need the import utility. You can use Clip Wrap to rewrap or transcode clips before you import and edit, but keep in mind it creates new files which are date/time stamped the new creation date. That might make it tricky if you rely on multiple cameras and their timestamps. If that's the case, just import directly into your editing program and it *might* keep the original timestamp as the clip name.

Thanks. I tried that and I think that will work great.
