Where can I avoid a scam?

B&H. I've ordered from them probably 15 times in the last year and have never been scammed or disappointed.

B&H Photo and Video.

They are as competitive as anyone around. My production company spends about $15,000 a year with them and we have no complaints.

You can get cameras cheaper from other sources, but be prepared for the hassles.

Ask for Jerrod. But I am sure any of the other sales associates can help you just as well.

Ask for DVXuser discount.

Jerrod was a real provisional, I will definitely be going back for my next purchase.

And check out this article on the abelcine website!

I would strongly endorese EVS Online. They have a solid reputation. That's where I bought all my stuff, dvx, tripod, etc.

abel is also out of stock,

evs is 100 dollars more expensive than everyone else.

any other ideas for that last moment before rebate ends?

I bought DVX100B from them today. They didn't have it in stock on Tuesday, and ordered a new camera for me. Today is Friday, and by 2:00 pm I have my camera.

price was $3,350.

Go with them.
