Kinda hard to search for it on here because it goes by so many names but here is a long thread about it.
I have one and i really like it for steering wheel style stabilization like the this manfrotto one

Where you have two side handles.
It also works OK as a shoulder rig but i find it impossible to get it nicely balanced in the back

If you're good at DIY, you could check to build something like that:
Cost 30$ for just the PVC and add a 20$ for the XLR connectors/cables. So it's 50$ vs 300$ for something that does pretty much the same.
On the other hand, the OP link to the "multi-tasks" rig doesn't worth the price. There's several version on ebay for like 70$ but I doubt it'd be as effective as the Manfrotto in terms of stabilization.
