Hey guys, I did a test shot of the side of one of my canon lens boxes, and when I played back the video, everything looked alright BUT the red Canon logo was extremely blocky on the edges of the letters, like a bad JPEG, while the white letters were completely smooth. I don't think it was any form of aliasing because the camera was only about a foot from the box (most minimal focusing distance for the 50mm). I've always got severe noise in the red channel too, when no other color channel ever seems to look blocky or extremely noisy. Whats going on?
