Sorry if this has been asked and answered already but I just got a new XH-A1 and the built in mic at the front of the handle is loose. Is this normal? Has anybody tried to tighten it down? Successfully?
What's with the mic?

It's normal. I suppose it's their attempt to reduce shock.

Ahh...gotcha. Thanks for that, I thought (read hope) that might be it but just wanted to be sure.
