Whats the next fest?

Whatever it is, I hope its something that simply provides a playground for the characters and doesn't so much as point to specific plot requirements. Like if we did a TwistFest, that would be lame. to me, some of the best results came from LoveFest and DramaFest and I'd like to see another fest that was as broad as those.

come on DVX, I've got some money set aside to do something really spectacular and I'd love for it to be a part of the next fest. inspire me, haha! :)
 
Hmm, as much as I would love to ship Rogan up to New York for his ass...

Although I think I would have to go for shawns boob fest instead. Rogan's ass < nice boobs. :grin:

I would love MonsterFest. But we should push the Zak Forsmans and the Matt Garretts and the Wartez's and Jason Ramseys to enter and give unique spins on the theme, so it's not just a lot of, well, monsters.









And serial killers.
 
That is true. I am sure people will come up with great ideas. Hell, didn't veggie tales have a monster thing? I don't think a carrot would be as scary as a serial killer. But hey, why not? Unique spin?

I am really looking forward to that announcement though.
 
I wouldn't count on MonsterFest. :B But it's a fun idea.

I think it'll be like what Zak suggests: something open-territory. I agree that the best ones came out of Love and DramaFest so far.
 
how about AwesomeFest? nothing more broad than that. just be f*cking awesome. i'm kidding of course. not everyone can be awesome. many are incredibly lame.
 
I don't think you're lame, Zak. Now can I have some money to shoot a MANIAC trailer? I promise to give your money back when I sell it... the trailer I mean.
 
I am happy as long as I can do an action horror flick :D And I hope that the theme incorporates with the ideas I've already got... One artsy film is enough for a couple of years!
