I have been shooting the C100 line since they came out. I have yet to shoot in any other format than C-Log. Its so easy to get a good image, its really the only one I personally will consider. Never had a problem with fast turn arounds and how to work with C-Log.
I have had mine as well since it came out. We went to Sony's and this C100 we only use when we have overlapping gigs. I haven't really used it for about 3 years myself and just updated the firmware, I just wanted to see if there were any new profiles for me to download so I can just upload and send it to client. I use Clog as well but client wants it to where he won't need to color grade it.
Normal 1 or one of the cine profiles as drummondb pointed out are good delivery profiles. The canon eos std profile, or whatever it is labeled on the C100 I, is too saturated and contrasty for most people today. WDR isn't bad for those who have gotten used to looking at log footage, but I would suggest adding +2 or +3 noise reduction to it and maybe drop the black pedestal by about 5 to help with its poor handling of blacks.
