What's the best Canon EF to MFT adapter?

I usually use Nikon mounted glass on my AF100, but I am looking for an a adapter to accommodate Canon lenses... both with and without external apertures.

Looks like some adapters have a physical aperture and some use power from the camera...

Any input on a the best (and most cost effective) solution?

This one's easy because basically you currently have only one option if you want electronic aperture control of EF lenses: Redrock Micro's Live Lens ($600).

Adapters with physical aperture blades are less expensive ($100) but can cause vignetting at certain focal lengths.

That is a mutually exclusive request.

There are dumb adapters (no control), and the 2 mentioned by Jive- the Kipon (with blades http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/350988843227?lpid=82) and the LiveLens.

LiveLens is the only adapter that controls an EF lens aperture. And it doesn't talk to the camera, just the lens.
As seen in the pictures on the RR site, it has a 9v battery and buttons on the adapter to open/close the aperture.
