Is 24 Mbps and 59.94i a good option when shooting conferences and speaking events?
Not sure if 28Mbps is a better choice or over kill.

I use this camera with my HMC150, and would like the files to be close in size. 1080 60i

What is the difference of 24 Mbps LPCM and 24 Mbps?

I understand: the HMC150 60i is actually 59.94i. 28Mbps is overkill for conferences. LCPM refers to audio, doesn't affect the video.
