Any recomendation for a small portable LCD monitor ?
I had one of those DSLR LCD HDMI, but for some reason it doesn't
accept the FS7 HDMI output (1920x1080) ? I think that monitor only accept 800x600 (?)
I'm sure it accepts 1920x1080 but the LCD display is physically only 800x600, so the picture is downconverted for the screen.
The reason it likely would not work is because the signal from the camera was 1080p and the monitor could only accept 1080psf or 1080i. Or it may be that you were sending a frame rate higher than what the monitor could accept.
I believe there is a setting on the monitor output of the camera to set the HDMI signal to a 1080psf or a 1080i. This should address your issue.
