7D What picture profile?

Hello,

I'm interested in what picture profiles people are using? I want the best picture possible out of the camera.

I'm read faithful is a good one to use.

I've read natural with sharpness at the far left along with contrast. And saturation -1 to -2 clicks to the left.

Anyone else care to share? I'm not interested in super flat.

I'm a wedding filmmaker if that puts things into context. I don't usually grade footage.

I started with Neutral but changed it to Faithfull which I like better. I set the sharpening down all the way and contrast down a few notches. I tried all the custom ones but didn't like them.

Why not?

I've tried grading but I usually can't find a "grade" or "result" that I like better than the original. I'm referring to footage from the HMC-150 of course. The 7D might change that... I don't know.
