what LCD brightness setting do you use?

I started on 4, changed my settings to 5, now that I'm working on tungsten setups with negative space I'm trying 3

my vote for now: 3


Note: I know many of you might be using manhattan, ikan or marshal external monitors or the EOS utility with laptops,
this poll is just for 7d LCD settings please!

I tried 4 with the Z-finder and almost lost my eye sight
Changed to 3. All is fine.

i too am curious to know the most accurate LCD brightness settings. Kinda like calibrating the lcd as much as you can.
