C200: What is your current setup?

I'm sure many people are going with the default configuration but I wanted to see if there are any variants out there. Here's my setup for my C200B:

My C200 has been set up half a dozen ways since I have been using it for the past few weeks. Handheld, on sticks with the 70-200 2.8 IS II, rods, lens support, Zacuto EVF, I have also shot with it once completely stripped of everything with only the Zacuto EVF on the top deck with the Cinevate dual 1/4" universal ball head. I am doing a shoot tomorrow where the C200 with be mounted on a Sachtler DV12SB on a Sachtler CF Hot Pod going through a teleprompter, then my B-camera is a C300 MKII on a Dana Dolly. I am discovering that the camera has to be a Chameleon, it seems like every shoot I am doing nowdays has different rigging requirements.
