C100: What is this mark on my sensor?

I originally thought it was dust but these two dots (with a feint line joining them) appear at any aperture (or lens) and don't change size, shape or colour.

I suspect laser damage from DJs wedding illumination...

Try a swensor swab. The laser damage I've seen in the past looks a little more like artifacts. This looks like physical debris.
