And how would I attach it? I see a lot adapters with the number 0.16x or 0.30x next to them. Which is wider? I don't care about vignetting or the shittiness of the lens I just want something with a very pronounced fisheye effect that I won't have too much trouble attaching to my camera.

So you say you don't care about s*%ttiness of the lens... I've tried one of those super-cheap ebay UWA adapters. It was the most awful piece of s**t you can put in front of your lens. Think absolute blurryness and 50-pixels-wide ultra-evident chromatic aberration in pictures taken inside the house, don't even think about taking it outside.
