What is the rock soild gh1 camera mount, follow focus, matte-box, rig ?

it can be a challenge to find the right rig.
For example: one that will adjust fit your already owned Matte-box (that may not adjust).
one that will hold you GH1 firmly while pulling focus (with follow focus) and
still allow you to CHANGE BATTERIES on long shoots.
what follow focus is best for the price and allows gears to be moved around
(front to back).

Please share your Rock Solid GH1 Rigs for tripod mount (first) and maybe shoulder rig.

Well, I'd say it all depends on if your budget looks like. Also, what mattebox and FF are you using?

Since I am always looking for the best gear for the best price here are a few suggestions. All of these either already double as a rail system (with tripod mount) or can be easily and inexpensively be adapted by the companies.

http://www.indisystem.com/products/ultra_compact (hit and miss with their customer service but hearing really good things about this rig especially from Vitaley)
http://jag35.com/new/products/the-field-runner/ (I hear good things about quality and lightness from them but never used this specific rig)

Other than these costing you around $300 if you kick up to the next level of rigs (Redrock, Zacuto, Genie, Cinevate, etc) then your probably going to spend the price of all three of those rigs combined. There are so many people making good rigs and rail systems now that it wouldn't make sense, unless you had a wealth of money, to buy the more popular name rigs.

Not sure if this is what you were looking for but your matte box and FF should adapt to all three of these.
