What is the best preset for shooting a rock band in a club with stage lights?

First off I am so glad that I found this forum. My camera is an AH-x1s and I edit in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. I have been an pro audio engineer for the past 28 years and am not a videographer. Due to request and need, I am venturing into the video side. I have been multi-track recording live performances and now am adding video to the mix. I have no problem with the post side of things but I am not happy with my video results. Could someone recommend setting for shooting video with stage lights as my light source.
Any and all input is appreciated.

Go to full manual control - using auto iris will be all over the map as the lights start changing.

Don't use auto focus, it's generally unreliable in dim or dark settings.

Go to a tungsten /3200/ artificial light white balance.

Record a guide track of the mix to the camera (makes it easier to sync in post)

Hope this gets you started.

PS - life is too short to suck - if you are great at recording, just do that - Good camera work takes years to master - as long as it takes to be a good recording engineer.
