What is the Best DSLR for Video

The best camera is the one you own and use. period. If you do not own or use one, then there is no best camera.

You can look at this one with the... old version of ptool with kae 65 mbs gop 3 test...

You have much more example on personalview.com (I can't seem to link to direct post, so you will have to make some research by yourself), look at the maximum quality setting and low gop thread. in general they are more about bushes and very high detail scene to test the codec. In the low gop threat there were a set of test against uncompressed hdmi output from Ralph B, very interesting. Apart from detail and motion, detail in the dark is a big improvement, look at some test from Ian T and driftwood in page 19 on the low gop topic. What this camera lack for it is only 10 bi output. If there was a little switch somewhere that vitaliy could find :-) What is already an incredible camera would become just extraordinary (I am dreaming in the last part). We know that Vitaliy and Chris are working on picture style and hdmi output for next release of ptool.

There is nothing like the perfect camera, but the latest Sony f65 should be very close. For me the reason that we still see that much camera comparison is that the technology is not mature. The day you will get at least true 2k (perhaps 4k for some) with some good dynamic range and no moire/aliasing, minimal rolling shutter etc then the tools will be mature enough.

Lighting, composition and storyline are the most important but I think anyone would like to film on a minimum standard of quality. For me until we get something as basic as 10bit colour (as a photographer this is just basic), I won't see those camera as good enough.
