Hi,
I am endeavoring to use my 160a in manual mode. Using the function knob frame it is clear as to what areas are being measured for exposure and focus assessment. But when not using this measurement area how big /what area of the screen is being considered for focus and exposure? Today I was shooting a poorly lit subject with high ambient backgound lighting and it occured to me that the function knob zone would have been a better choice- a sort of spot meter areas to tighten down on exposure variations. Any info on the assessment areas would be welcome.
Cheers!
