What is a good price to pay for an HVX200

I am a film student and am interested in purchasing a used HVX200 but am not quite sure what would be a fair price to pay. I have done some research and it seems like $2000 with a couple P2 cards is reasonable but I was wondering what you guys would say? Also is there anything I should be wary of other than the number of hours on the cam and the cosmetic condition when buying it? thanks
 
I paid around $4000 a year and a half ago. Can't imagine it's gone down a ton since then. Still retails new around that much.
