What frequency to order the sony wireless lav kit in?

About to order the Sony Wireless lav but noticed there are 3 frequency types to choose from, is there a certain one I should watch out on or is there one that is better than the others?

One, you should look at the Daytona area on a frequency finder and see what's the least cluttered. Two, avoid buying anything in the 600MHz range at this point, as it will go the way of the 700MHz band in the next couple of years.

For what it's worth, assuming you're looking at the UWP-D system, I put one up against a Sennheiser G3 and was disappointed in the Sony. It just didn't perform as well, both in transmission stability and in self noise.

B&H closes this evening until the first of May, but if you can order by midday today they have an NAB special on the G3 systems right now that includes some pretty sweet extras.

A quick perusal of (FCC registered) RF in the Daytona area indicates TV channels 29, 31, 32, & 35 (all in the 500MHz range) should work. They generally have a power level of -80dB or better. In fact Ch 19 [500-506MHz] is vacant).
I'm envious...
