I had some spare time after work to shoot this, asking for some constructive criticism.

I think it's really well shot, moves that made the cut are smooth, exposure all seems to be well inside safe limits frameing choices are classic rule of 3's for the most part

gradeing choices are, well "choices" first and foremost, and everything matches & looks pretty.. i am watching it on my MBP with SpiderIII callibration, so not bad, but not the best either, i might make the mid/highlights a bit less blue/cyan, but i do like that you made the top highlights like the lamps clean.

My only critisism is the editing.. i would cut on a move to a move, or let the land for a beat before cutting, and hold for a beat before moveing, and the music at time seems to fight the paceing, was it added after the cut, or did you "cut to the beat"?

cuts are too long for music videos / TVC but the relentless dolly moves loses me as i lose anchor in the' fly around'. Some stills and a better plan for the mental model of the fly around would help. For example, establish in a wide shot, 'fly in' cover the outside in 360º then enter the copter and do interiors, then exit the opposite door and complete the sequence with a fly away. Love the colors but the lighting a bit flat and lifeless.

I usually don't go for a flat look, but this time around I was trying to get the look in this film shot with a arri alexa https://vimeo.com/22735809, I still need to brush up my on my colorist skills. I want to shoot this again to change a few things and cut it to the beat.
 
I like it ..the only thing missing for me was a human . It would be nice if someone was servicing or checking the heli.
