good comment, this month the nephews of my english teacher came from San Francisco, as they are 18 they can't drink any alcohol in america (and other countries), but here you can buy and drink with 18, so imagine........

Haha, exactly :D Over here you can drink with 16! At least beer and other soft alcohol. No liquor. Drinking at 21... whew man, that's crazy late :D

How about the time when the law was 19... until I was almost 19 and the lawful age was changed to 21? Not that it really mattered...

But anyways, Happy Birthday!
 
Gee, I can barely remember being 19. Asking dad if I can borrow the chariot. Popping down to the colliseum to catch the IX o'clock Lions game, literally!

Time does fly by. Enjoy every moment of it!

I agree the 21 thing is a bit crazy. You can drive a car at 16 but you can't gamble or drink. I think 18 should be as far as they can limit you since you are in fact an adult.
