what causes the blur on the bottom of the video

Hi,
Here is a video :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-PbcOfiIRIs&feature=youtu.be

At about 23seconds, I noticed that the bottom and on the right of the video its blurry. Is it due to the lens ? (nikkor 28mm 2.8 e series)
it behaves strangely (the corners can be blurry at times too it seems. did you noticed ?)

PS. the footage is shaky. Its only a test.

Thanks in advance,
Deleuze3

We're you at f2.8? Depending on what your aperture was (amongst other factors), depth of field can be razor thin. 2.8 isn't super fast, fast enough in some scenarios. Potentially enought that if the arms at the bottom of the screen were a few inches closer to the camera than their face, well, you might just have out of focus arms...wherever they are on the screen. In that case, the bottom.

This is just a theory. I can't confirm this, but it's a place to start. After all, the lower part of the frame wasn't always out of focus...right?

Looks like normal shallow DOF out of focus bokeh to me. Your actual sharp depth of field for your exposure conditions looks like it is only a few inches. Using auto-focus? It is all over the place, no consistency.
