What camera CBS uses for CSI

I notice that most episodes have a film-like narrow DOF. I googled and some people suggest that CBS uses 35mm camera to shoot the movie, considering the cost and long-time to remaster the movie digitally, it is hard for me to believe they still use film camera. Someone also suggested that CBS uses SONY F35 CineAlta Camera. I also notice that "Late Show with David Letterman" seems to have lesser quality and probably they just use broadcast quality 2/3" Camera?
I can never afford such thing, but very curious and simply love the video quality of CBS.

CBS doesn't actually produce the CSI's... it's Jerry Bruckhiemmer's company that does it. CBS just buys them. Here's the links to the some of the technical info:

CSI
CSI: New York
CSI: Miami (no info)

Understand, it's not like they're knocking these out the week of the show, so it is reasonable to think (especially given the ratings they get and the cash that comes with those ratings) that they could be shooting on film. I would think with three CSI series plus all the other shows Bruckheimmer has produced for them, they would have the process down pretty tight.

As to the "Late Show"... I would assume you're right. The CBS affiliate I work at just uses Sony 1080i cameras in the studio, since that is the standard CBS broadcasts in. I forget the model, but they are 2/3" chips.

[EDIT] Zak beat me with more up to date info.

Some readers on CML have created a pretty good list of formats currently in use, I'll see if I can find a copy.

[edit] Fall shows, in case anyone was curious. I don't claim anything on accuracy, since I didn't make the list. I went with an attachment, since it was too long.

Supernatural....
I thought that was film.
In fact many of the CW shows look very good and it seems as if they are all digital.
