What basic gear do I need?

Hi I am planning on buying either an Eos 60d or the new 700d and wondering what else do I need to add to make hd movies?
I need a fairly good low light lens too as I want to shoot in natural light for a moody effect in a multistory carpark.
For example do I need a separate hd capture device to capture footage and do I need to get a fast pc?
I have an Intel R 2.6 with 8 gig memory and large hard drive at present.

Any advise would be cool.
Thanks.

dont be fooled by the newbie hype of a perceived lessened need for light with fast lenses. in a darkened carpark, a fast lens will leave you with a razor thin range of focus.

your subjects noses will be in focus. but their ears will be soft. unless that's what you're wanting - BUY LIGHTS

With Zacuto being the gold standard for loupes, what others are good? There are a bunch out there...

well, if you're looking to shoot soon, the pocket won't be an option.

also, what's your budget? well, let's assume its a small budget, what are some decent options to get you started?
