Very cool.

Gaelic is a classification of languages. It covers three languages, two of which are still spoken. Scottish is Gàidhlig, Irish is Gaelige, and Manx I don't recall. Usually if referring to a language as simply Gaelic, you are referring to Scottish Gàidhlig... as clearly this woman is talking about. I am learning Irish (gaelige) and apparently if you know one type of gaelic language, you can pick up the others, but I must not be that far along yet, because I didn't follow along very well at all.

I hope more people in Ireland and Scotland do this! It's quite wonderful.
