What am I doing wrong?

After uploading a video online that I made in Premiere Pro CS5, I noticed that the quality of the video has drastically reduced. I understand that uploading a video online will often lower the quality, but it's very bad in my situation.

Here's my video:

Below are some screenshots of the sequence and export settings that I used

All clips were shot at 720p at 60p using my T2i.

It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me, thank you in advance

Doesn't look bad to me either. In fact, given the fact that you shot all 720 60p, I can't believe you didn't have waaaay more aliasing and moire than you did. So, I would say it looks good to me.

G.

for vimeo, try .mp4, CBR 5.1mbits.... which should give you a video that is slightly under 5mbits which is the limit at Vimeo.... If you let them compress your vid, it might get choppy... And as for frame rate, i think Vimeo can only go up to 30fps... Btw.. are your decibels hitting the red in Premiere?
