Last night we finished about 1/3 of the film in rough cut form. So far I'm really pleased with what I am seeing!
 
Quick update: Cut 1.0 is officially done, and out for notes to our two producers, and myself. Then we will make revisions next week, and we are aiming to lock picture by next Friday, for delivery to Alan, and Justin for their post work.

One quick thing. I was nervous shooting RED as it is the first time I've worked with it, but so far it has been a dream to work with, and as I was trying some different looks out tonight in Red Cine-X I realized just how great RAW video is... It's already lit well and shot well, but RAW gives you that extra edge to basically do whatever you want to the footage. Pretty incredible.
 
Quick update, we will be locking picture this week, and sending off to Justin and Alan to work their post sound/score magic!

The film is looking great, and I can't wait to share more :)

Thanks! We are locking picture tonight :) All night editing session if we have to! I think that might be a record for me... 10 days after shooting, locking the picture.

The movie is off to Alan, and Justin to do their magic, while Daniel starts working on the color grade.
