Just finished this Wedding Music Video shot a few weeks ago.

The ceremony stuff was shot on Canon 70-200mm f/4L at 1600 ISO
The reception stuff shot on Canon 50mm 1.4 at 1600 ISO almost all shots open wide.

All handheld or I used a modified shoulder support (http://www.amazon.com/CowboyStudio-Shoulder-Support-Camcorder-Camera/dp/B0036NMQ7S/ref=pd_sxp_f_pt) with the shoulder part cut off.

I'm still trying to decide on a rig to spend my money on for stabilization. All the shots would of been a lot better with a slider, but I just don't have time to set it up and carry a tripod around. So I'm still trying to find the best stabilizing system. Any suggestion?

Looks good, look into getting a steady cam and you will solve your problems. You need a wide lens though, way to many up close shots.

Hey your video looks great. I have a couple of questions for you. I am looking to get into wedding video as I gain more experience later. My question for you is.... You said that you were shooting with a 70-200mm and a 50mm1.4, at 1600 ISO. Was your original footage grainy? I have noticed when I shot at ISO's that high i loose alot of quality. I was thinking that with that 1.4 you should have been able to shoot around 800 or so. Again Im new so i'm not sure. Just going on my past experience. If you were blending shots from the f4 and the 1.4, honestly i couldnt notice the difference! Just wanting to know your technique here for lighting, because the natural lighting in the rooms look pretty low. You did an awesome job, just would like to know how you achieved high quality at 1600?

I used the 50 1.4 during the reception where it was a lot lower lighting than the church where I used the 70-200 4. Thats why it's the same ISO but different fstop.
