Web export settings

I know this has probably been covered, but I searched and couldn't find it.

What settings out of FCP is everyone using to export their footage for web? 720p? 1080? What codec? Audio?

I feel like there is probably a standard that I'm missing out on, it seems like most videos I watch from the 7D on Vimeo and YouTube look better than mine.

Help a noob out?

h.264, NOT the quicktime variety. As far as bitrate, go with the suggested settings from whatever video host you use (youtube, vimeo, etc).
