T2i Waves in Footage

Hi All,

I have notice that whenever I shoot footage indoors with white fluorescent light, I get these waves in the footage. I ve noticed such waves in TV when there is some electrical disturbance. I tried the various white balance settings but that does not seen to be the problem area. Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thank you

Try altering your shutter speed. Try 1/60.

If you're in America, 1/60th, in the UK 1/50th or 1/100th. It's to do with the rate at which the lights flicker, and the shutter time. If you match the rate correctly you wont see any strobing at all.
